It was our 62nd Wedding Anniversary when the loving daughters put up a fantastic 10 course lunch at the table. There were continental style grilled chicken, mouth watering Kashmiri Dam Aloos cooked by Pamposh, UP style dal saag ,and an array of sweets brought by Tara.
Snimar Kaur Sahwney came from Manila and brought her friend, from Switzerland, a very pleasant lady. All the nine of us including Raza and Radhaji [Raju’s mother] had a relaxed lunch which continued till after 3pm having begun at 1pm. After the guests left we all slept for a while.
